IKO's BWU high rigidity precision ball slide is a compact, linear motion rolling guide ideally suited to applications with limited stroke length. The BWU unit incorporates two rows of steel balls in four-point contact with the raceways that deliver stability, accuracy and high rigidity even under fluctuating and complex loads.
High accuracy and smooth movement. IKO has created a design with two raceways on both the solid table and on the solid bed - which are ground at one time to minimize processing errors and improve accuracy between the two raceways. High accuracy and smooth movement are assured.
Stainless steel. All components are made of stainless steel to give superior corrosion and heat resistance, making the BWU particularly suitable for use in clean rooms, labs and medical applications. A wide variety of sizes are available.
